Event Liability Insurance

Protects the organizer of an event against suits for bodily injury or property damage as a result of the organizer’s negligence.  Can include Liquor Liability for events where alcohol is served.


  • Completed application prior to event
  • Payment in full prior to event
  • Copy of Liquor Permit if Liquor Liability is required

Required by law
Not required by law, however most halls will require that you provide proof of liability insurance to finalize rental

Things that can be covered

  • Commercial General Liability (limits range from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000)
  • Liquor Liability if requested

Premiums based on

  • The number of attendees
  • Anticipated revenues if tickets are sold
  • Length of event (# of days)
